Thank you for buying our courses or coaching. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or in person classroom training.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: CLASSROOM TRAINING
The Company reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollment, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
In case The Company cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more prior to the event, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.
If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: ONLINE TRAINING & ONLINE COURSES
If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 72 hours of purchasing, 10% will be deducted as administration fee.
However, if you’ve viewed more than 20% of the course content, we cannot offer a refund. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property contained within the course(s).
If the cancellation is done by the delegate after 72 hours of purchasing, no refund will be made.
No refund will be made to the delegate after 72 hours of purchasing any digital products or online courses.

You will receive an email acknowledging your purchase within 24 hours of checking out for any product (physical, digital or service) on the travisking.com website or any other websites owned and operated by LIM Publishing LLC (LIM, “us” or “we“). These include landflipsecrets.com, thelandflippingchallenge.com, landflippingmastery.com, landbossmastermind.com, community.landboss.club, landinvestingmastery.com as well as any and all websites used by us for promoting digital products, virtual events or physical products or physical events.
If purchasing a digital product or course, you will receive an email with login link and supporting login credentials within 48 hours of checking out for the product on the Land Investing Mastery website.
If returning a physical product, all returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If returning a digital product or requesting a refund for a digital product or service, a return or refund must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
In the event the refund is for a digital product or a coaching service, please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
